HPE Aruba access points supporting external captive portal redirect are compatible with Telexico Connect. This includes:
Any model supporting external portal URL redirect. Check your firmware documentation if unsure.
Complete this setup once. Your Telexico Connect portal URL is available in your dashboard under Dashboard → Sites → Your Site → Portal URL.
For Aruba Instant On: access portal.arubainstanton.com. For Aruba Central: central.arubanetworks.com. For local IAP: connect to the virtual controller IP.
For Instant On: Networks → [your network] → Settings. For Central/IAP: Configuration → Wireless → SSIDs.
Under access settings, enable Guest access type. Enable captive portal authentication.
Choose External Captive Portal (sometimes called External Splash URL). This directs guests to your Telexico Connect URL.
Paste your Telexico Connect portal URL in the external splash page field.

Add telexicoconnect.com and formspree.io to the allowed domains pre-authentication list.
Save the configuration. Connect a test device to the guest network. Verify redirect to your Telexico Connect portal.
Find this in your Telexico Connect dashboard: Sites → [Your Site] → Portal Configuration → External Portal URL. This is the URL you paste into the Aruba (HPE) external portal field.
