Cisco access points supporting external captive portal redirect are compatible with Telexico Connect. This includes:

Setup Guide

How to configure Cisco Meraki with Telexico Connect.

Complete this setup once. Your Telexico Connect portal URL is available in your dashboard under Dashboard → Sites → Your Site → Portal URL.

Log into Meraki Dashboard

Access dashboard.meraki.com and navigate to your network.

Navigate to Wireless SSIDs

Go to Wireless → SSIDs and select your guest SSID or create a new one for guest access.

Configure Network Access

Under SSID settings → Access control, set Network access to Click-through splash page or Sign-on splash page.

Set Custom Splash URL

Under Splash page, choose Custom splash URL. Enter your Telexico Connect portal URL.

Custom Splash URL:
https://www.telexicoconnect.com/portal/[your-site-slug]

Configure Walled Garden

Under Walled garden, add *.telexicoconnect.com and *.formspree.io to allow the portal to load.

Set success URL

Optionally configure where guests go after authentication — your website, menu or a welcome page.

Save and test

Save the configuration. Connect a test device. The Meraki AP should redirect to your Telexico Connect portal.

Your Telexico Connect Portal URL

Find this in your Telexico Connect dashboard: Sites → [Your Site] → Portal Configuration → External Portal URL. This is the URL you paste into the Cisco Meraki external portal field.

Does Meraki work with all Telexico features?+
Yes. All Telexico Connect features work with Meraki — data capture, SMS, reviews, loyalty and gamification.
Do I need a Meraki Systems Manager licence?+
No. The guest portal configuration is available with a standard Meraki Enterprise or Advanced licence.
Can I run Meraki alongside other hardware?+
Yes. Telexico Connect supports mixed hardware environments. You can have some sites on Meraki, others on UniFi or Grandstream — all managed in the same Telexico Connect dashboard.
