Grandstream access points supporting external captive portal redirect are compatible with Telexico Connect. This includes:
Any model supporting external portal URL redirect. Check your firmware documentation if unsure.
Complete this setup once. Your Telexico Connect portal URL is available in your dashboard under Dashboard → Sites → Your Site → Portal URL.
Access gwn.cloud for cloud management, or your local GWN Manager at the controller IP address.
Go to WiFi → SSIDs and select your guest SSID or create a new one.
Under the SSID settings, navigate to Captive Portal. Enable the captive portal feature.
Choose External Portal as the captive portal type.
In the external portal URL field, enter your Telexico Connect portal URL.

Add telexicoconnect.com and formspree.io to the portal whitelist so the page loads before authentication.
Save and push the configuration to your GWN access points. Test on a device to confirm redirect.
Find this in your Telexico Connect dashboard: Sites → [Your Site] → Portal Configuration → External Portal URL. This is the URL you paste into the Grandstream GWN external portal field.
