Configure Telexico Connect as the external portal for TP-Link Omada networks. Works with Omada Cloud Controller and hardware controllers across all EAP access points. Full step-by-step setup included. First customer captured on the same day as installation.
Compatible with: EAP670, EAP660 HD, EAP650, EAP620 HD
TP-Link access points supporting external captive portal redirect are compatible with Telexico Connect. This includes:
Any model supporting external portal URL redirect. Check your firmware documentation if unsure.
Complete this setup once. Your Telexico Connect portal URL is available in your dashboard under Dashboard → Sites → Your Site → Portal URL.
Access your Omada Software Controller, OC200/OC300 hardware controller, or Omada Cloud at omada.tplinkcloud.com.
Go to Wireless Networks and select the SSID you want to add the portal to, or create a new guest SSID.
Under your SSID settings, find the Portal or Authentication tab. Enable portal authentication.
Select External Web Portal as the portal type. This enables an external URL redirect rather than the Omada built-in splash page.
In the Portal URL field, enter your Telexico Connect portal URL.
Portal URL: https://www.telexicoconnect.com/portal/[your-site-slug]
Add Telexico Connect domains to the pre-authentication whitelist so the portal can load: telexicoconnect.com and formspree.io.
Configure where guests go after authentication — your website, menu or Google Maps page.
Apply the configuration. Connect a test device to verify the redirect works correctly.
Find this in your Telexico Connect dashboard: Sites → [Your Site] → Portal Configuration → External Portal URL. This is the URL you paste into the TP-Link Omada external portal field.
Step-by-step guide included. First customer captured the same day.
