The short, fair rules of using free guest WiFi at a venue powered by Telexico Connect — including how the prize wheel and vouchers work.

The service
In shortFree WiFi, provided as-is, for reasonable use while you're at the venue.
Guest WiFi is provided free of charge by the venue you're visiting, using the Telexico Connect platform. It's intended for reasonable personal use during your visit. Like any wireless service, speed and availability depend on the venue's connection and conditions, and the service is provided as available — we and the venue don't guarantee uninterrupted or fault-free access.
Fair & lawful use
In shortUse it as you'd use any public WiFi — lawfully and considerately.
- Don't use the WiFi for anything unlawful, or to access, share or distribute unlawful material.
- Don't attempt to interfere with the network, other users' devices, or the venue's systems.
- Very heavy or disruptive usage may be limited so the WiFi stays fair for everyone.
The venue may withdraw access from any device that breaches these terms.
The prize wheel
In shortFree to enter, one spin per visit, winning odds set by each venue, and prizes shown are subject to the stated odds and availability.
- Free to enter — no purchase is required to spin; the wheel is available to guests who join the WiFi.
- One spin per visit — return visits earn a fresh spin.
- Odds vary by venue — each venue sets its own winning chance and prize, which may change between visits. Rewards displayed on the wheel are illustrative of the venue's offers and are subject to the stated odds and availability at that venue.
- No cash alternative — prizes and discounts have no cash value and can't be exchanged or transferred.
Vouchers
In shortWinning vouchers are for that venue, that day — show your screen before you leave.
- Winning vouchers carry a unique code and are valid on the day of issue only, at the venue that issued them, unless the venue states otherwise.
- Present the voucher screen to a member of staff before you leave to redeem it.
- One voucher per guest per visit; screenshots of expired or previously redeemed vouchers can't be accepted.
- Vouchers are offered by the venue and are subject to availability at the venue's reasonable discretion.

As with any public WiFi, you're responsible for the security of your own device and connections. To the extent permitted by law, neither the venue nor Telexico Communications Ltd is liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the free WiFi service. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under law, or affects your statutory rights.
